Marine pipeline works completed at coastal terminal
The final section of the shoreline pipeline has been connected, linking the unloading jetty directly to onshore storage. Work boats and dive teams completed the connection ahead of the monsoon season, securing a reliable supply route for the terminal.
Marine crews working from boats and floating platforms strung, positioned and joined the pipeline sections between the jetty and the shoreline. Divers carried out the subsea connections while topside teams handled welding and coating above the waterline.
With the line now hydrotested and commissioned, tankers can discharge directly to onshore storage — cutting handling time and removing the weather window that road transfers used to depend on.
