Pipeline tie-in works progressing at fuel depot
Tie-in works connecting the new product lines to the existing tank farm are moving ahead on schedule. Color-coded piping for each product grade has been installed and pressure-tested, with final insulation and labelling underway before handover.
Our fabrication crews are welding the final spools that connect the new lines into the live tank farm. Every joint is visually inspected and radiographed where the specification requires it, with full traceability from material certificate to weld map.
Because the depot remains in operation throughout, each tie-in is executed under a strict permit-to-work with isolations confirmed jointly with the operator. The remaining connections are planned around scheduled product movements to avoid any interruption to supply.
